How do I sign up for BOSS Wireless with a new Phone Number?

Joining is a simple and fast process. Before you start make sure your phone is compatible with our service. In order to activate your phone it will need to be a GSM-compatible phone. You will also need either the ICCID number and the PUK code printed on the BOSS Wireless SIM card, or the Activation code printed on the SIM. You can also scan the QR code on the back of the SIM for faster activation.

Once you have this information ready click “Join Us” from our home page and follow the directions. Since you are getting a new phone number, be sure to enter accurate information so that we can assign you a phone number with the proper area code. You should be ready to save money with BOSS Wireless in just a few short minutes.

How do I sign up for BOSS Wireless and keep my Phone Number?

Joining is a simple and fast process. Before you start, make sure your phone is GMS compatible and that you have a BOSS Wireless SIM card. You will need either the ICCID number and the PUK code printed on the BOSS Wireless SIM card, or the Activation code printed on the SIM. You can also scan the QR code on the back of the SIM for faster activation.

You will also need to make sure you have your Phone number, account number (sometimes your account number is your phone number), and PIN of your current mobile provider. If you don’t have that information you will need to contact your provider to get it.

Once you have this information click “Join Us” from our home page and follow the simple directions. The registration process should only take a few minutes to complete, but transferring your number will take a little bit longer. Usually, it takes less than 10 minutes but sometimes up to 24 hours.

We will update you with the status of your activation if you provide us with an email address during registration or by following the on-screen instructions at the completion of sign-up.

While you are waiting for the phone number to be transferred your phone services will not work until the porting process has been completed.

What phone should I use?

Your phone needs to be GSM-compatible and unlocked.

If the phone belongs to you and it’s locked, you will need to contact your carrier to have your phone unlocked.

Before you buy a phone make sure it’s coming from a trusted source. Any phones that have ever been classified as lost or stolen will not activate on BOSS Wireless.

How do I move my BOSS Wireless Service to a new Phone?

If you are already a BOSS Wireless customer and you want to switch to a new device, simply move your BOSS Wireless SIM card to the new device.

How does voicemail work?

Your voicemail services will be active when you open your account. The first time that you call voicemail, you will be taken through a voicemail setup process.

What if my device is lost or stolen?

If your device is lost or stolen call customer service immediately. Customer Service will be able to suspend your account until you either find your device or get a new one.

How much will my monthly bill be with all taxes?

With BOSS Wireless, the rates are simple. There are no contracts, no tricks, no hidden fees or taxes.
